We have retired the business in 2025 which trialled the Instagarden™ prototype. We’re stoked to have established 50+ organic garden beds all around Tamaki since 2023. While the numbers haven’t worked as a business in the current Auckland climate, we feel rich for the knowledge gleaned caring for your soil and are currently putting the lessons we learned together to use locally in a volunteer capacity for charitable projects including Grow Forrest Hill community garden and OMGarden Eden Terrace. We hope you’ll find the one in your neighbourhood and food resilience can be achieved by New Zealand in that way, as well as some new ways on the horizon…
That’s all folks
How it Works:
WE MAKE IT EASY TO GROW YOUR OWN FOOD!

Subscribe for as little as $120 per month (or $30/week). You’ll need a spare square metre of garden bed. We can provide you with a simple raised bed install if needed, for an additional cost.
Our options are flexible – most of our customers want a 1-2 metre garden bed with all the kiwi favourites for salads and roast veges – however others opt for a full-blown 30-metre-plus food forest. The options are endless.
2. Set Up
If you are within range of our available locations, book a free site visit where we can become acquainted.
If you are then keen to sign up – we will come back to your place to set up your garden bed, and drop in your first batch of herb and veggie seedlings.
You’ll be notified whenever your crops are ready to harvest and the progress on your next tray of plant babies! We also have a WhatsApp & Facebook group where all our gardeners can collab and discuss ideas.

3. Regular check ins
When we come back to catch up we’ll see how your garden patch is progressing. We will work with your goals to maximise production to a manageable level.
Twice per season we deliver more seeds/plants/seedlings/trees, along with a cheat sheet containing instructions, lessons and guidance on how to keep things balanced. If you aren’t home when we arrive, we’ll send you a detailed video walkthrough of how your garden is progressing, and any handy hints/tips that will benefit you!

NUTRIENT DENSE CYCLES
We feed our gardens with help from the most powerful and experienced organic fertilizers on Earth, worms.
ABUNDANT NEIGHBOUR
Our grid system is scalable so you can have excesses to share with neighbours and create a new culture of mutually beneficial relationships.
STOP EATING POSION
Industrial produce is laced with glyphosate. We grow food with zero herbicides and pesticides.
CLOSED LOOP ECONOMY
When you include a fully managed fertiliser factory (worm farm), last months scraps will feed next months food.
SAFER NEIGHBOURHOODS
Lack of live food is a major cause of crime. When food is available, we can collectively rise from fight or flight mode.
